Terms of Reference (ToRs) for the Selection of Team Lead Developer

Smart Processes Institute (SPI) is a non-government organization specializing in the identification, analysis, modeling, automation, and monitoring of service processes. SPI's primary focus lies in the analysis and design of innovative instruments for central and local administration, electronic governance, electronic democracy, electronic participation, transparency, accountability, and the evolution of an open information society. Currently, SPI has been entrusted by UNOPS to undertake the implementation of the "Tirana Open Heritage Culture and Tourism" project in close collaboration with the Ministry of Culture.

Objective:

The objective of this Terms of Reference (ToRs) is to outline the selection criteria and responsibilities for the position of Team Lead Developer who will lead the development team in implementing the integrated online digital heritage platform for Tirana municipality. The team currently consists of two existing senior developers, and the addition of the third member in the role of Lead Team Developer will be crucial for the successful execution of the project.

The offers must be submitted by 07.07.2023 at 16.00 hrs the latest.
